Hourly Rate
Our consultancy fee structure is based on an hourly rate taking into consideration, knowledge, experience, skill sets, time and effort in providing a personal service specific to each, client, individual or work place requirements.
Our base hourly rate is $95.00 plus GST, under a retainer for services agreement.
* A written quote will be generated based on the specific consultancy service and or requirements as per each client or individuals needs. The written quote will be submitted to the client or individual for approval and activation.
The Creation of Written Documention and Reports
In the event of written documention or a report being generated, the fee will be based on a number of different factors including:
- Time required to generate a complete and final documentation or report.
- The specific contents of the documentation or report.
- Number of pages required.
- Printing costs (hard copy).
- File requirements (coverting to a PDF format).
- Administration costs.

Training Fees
bfdconsultancy can develop work place training seminars specific to the client, individual or work place requirements. Fees will be based on:
- Time and travel requirements.
- Specific training requirements - i.e, de-escalation, situational awareness etc.
- Numbers attending (head count).
- The creation of a video presentation.
- The creation of a PowerPoint presentation.
* A training seminar package will be created taking into consideration all the above factors via a written quote, that will be submitted to the client for approval and activation.
Applications - Alcohol Management Plan (AMP)
bfdconsultancy can create a host responsibility policy document as part of the application process for a special licence for events. Our fee for creating a host responsibility policy document is - $125.00 plus GST, for a complete host responsibility policy document to add to an application.

Note: The cost of applying for a special licence for events via a local body council is the sole responsibility of the organisation, client or individual and not bfdconsultancy.
